WHAT IS A CLAIRVOYANT READING?

A Clairvoyant Reading can not help but be a healing as well, because the moment a clairvoyant like myself looks at you, everything that is not really you begins to fall away, move and transform.  

When I am reading you, I will affirm and confirm what is working well for you in your life, identify your strengths and how to over come challenges.  I will look at you as a spirit and see where you are in relation to your body.  I will describe the path you are on and alternative paths you may want to consider if the present one is not working well for you.  

I can contact your guides, some of which will be deceased loved ones, some whom have never had bodies but have close connections with you.  

Whether you want to know when the love of your life (or of the month) will arrive, or understand why you are undergoing a difficult situation at work, home or in a specific relationship; whether you are wondering what goals to pursue, how to heal or understand an illness, how to be more creative, more fulfilled, less fearful or more abundant, I will address any question, any issue, no matter how simple or complex.  I don't always get an answer for every question, but I do my best.  I am good at seeing people's blocks or where they are stuck so they can move them, as well as seeing where they are excelling.   

Please note, I tell you how I see it.  Many people think they fear getting a reading because they are afraid the psychic will see something bad in their future but the future is very dependent on the present and their goals as a spirit.  So during a reading, I will look at what you need to do in the present to have the life you desire in the future. For some people it is hard to hear that they need to think and respond differently to their emotions, or let go of control, or get out of their own way, but 99 percent who actually get a reading seem to appreciate this information, since it is what empowers them the most.

During a clairvoyant reading, I utilize many of the techniques presented in my three books: These techniques enable me to see and communicate information through visions, image and pictures, as well as to communicate telepathically with your higher self and the spirit world.  I do this simply by going into a relaxed meditative state, asking you to say your name in order to tune into your spirit, and then waiting for the "movie of your life" to play. 

One of the things that really sets me apart from many other psychics is that I have the ability to remain, grounded, neutral and objective throughout a reading, regardless of the intensity of the information or the person I am reading.  I  am constantly monitoring myself to make sure that the information I am communicating with is "higher" information rather then my own "spin on things".  If I am not getting a clear answer, I will relentlessly pursue it with calm patience until one appears or it is clear that the readee is just not meant to get a clear answer at that time.  

While I can see glimpses into the future, the future is very dependent on your past and present choices, so I tend to focus on these.  My readings are often like a very intense psychotherapy session, in that you will have many insights into your unconscious motives, emotions, and blockages, as well as those of the people who are impacting you. I tend to not get disturbing information about the future, but sometimes do get a particular warning that includes advice about what they can do in the present to change a potentially negative future. (i.e., recently, I told a client that if she didn't leave her job that she had hated for years, I had the strong sense she would get sick).

THE READING:  GUIDELINES/PROCEDURES

Scheduling: If you would like a reading, or would like further information before making your decision, please contact Debra's assistant, Sherri Calosso.  Her email is Sherri@dlkatzinc.com.  You can also call her at . She knows Debra's calender better then Debra does! Sherri and 310-623-0580.  They typically don't work weekends so please be patient if you contact Sherri on a Friday.  She also does readings herself so may not pick up the phone when you call but please leave a message and she will get back to you ASAP.  It's our top priority to be responsive so if for some reason you don't hear back within a few days regarding any inquiry, feel free to get in touch again.

Usually it takes a week or two to schedule a reading, but if you really have a pressing issue and it's important to get in sooner, let Sherri know and she will do her best to get you in ASAP.  Same day requests are never possible but on rare occasions you might be able to get an appointment in the next day or that same week, so it doesn't hurt to try, just know it's possible it could sometimes take as long as a few weeks. 

Some people who are sure they need a reading immediately find that by waiting a little bit, they are able to release some of the intensity of emotion about a situation so that by the time of the reading they can better hear and absorb the information coming in, and then the reading is less about helping them overcome their immediate anxiety and more about given them insights that help them cope or overcome a particularly difficult situation.

Of course if there is a life or death issues, let us know. there are exceptions to every rule here!

How many reading slots are available each week:  Not a lot! Because Debra's readings are so intensive and sometimes last as long as an hour in a half, she only does one or two a day a few days a week. While this means she won't ever get rich doing readings, it also means she won't get sick because of them.  She typically doesn't work weekends. A limited number of evening slots are available for people who are working or who have small children at home.  We ask that if there is anyway for you to receive your reading starting between the weekday hours of 11 am and 3 pm pacific coast time, that you do so at these hours.  Debra often stays up working late into the wee hours on projects and so tries not to schedule before 11 am.

Rescheduling: While we do all we can to keep our appointments, sometimes life happens and we have to reschedule. Because of this, we don't get bent out of shape if you have to reschedule, even at the last minute, providing you have already made your payment.

Who calls who at the time of the reading?  Debra prefers to call you providing you have a number within the United States. She has unlimited minutes and calling on various phones at home. If you are an international client with a telephone out side of the U.S., we ask that you either call her at the time of the reading on a number that will be provided to you (usually 310-801-0521), or she can call you via skype. The problem with Skype is it's not always consistant. Sometimes it sounds even better then the phone, occasionally the sound quality is quite poor.  Still, she is willing to try this as an option if you don't have a way to make an inexpensive long distance call.

Payments: We ask that if possible, you make your payment within 48 hours after scheduling your appointment. If that is really not possible,  we do require that you make your payment at least 48 hours in advance of your session. It's much better to have that out of the way so you can just enjoy your reading.  Debra's reading are usually about an hour to an hour and a half max.  She isn't going to charge you more if you go over the hour.

Recording: Due to past abuses and problems with recording on our end, we don't offer recording and would prefer that you do not record your session. However, you may certainly take as many notes as you would like, whether by hand or computer.  (just if you are typing make sure Debra can't hear you!)

General Protocols: Nothing will be required of you during the reading except for you to sit still and listen. You will be given an opportunity to ask questions at the beginning of the reading and at any time throughout. At the start of your call, Debra will ask you if you'd like to ask some specific or general questions or first just see what comes up.  Then half way through she usually asks again if you have questions.  You don't have to give feedback and she will ask very little of it from you.  (occasionally she might just ask if what she is saying is making sense).  What she does ask from you is that you don't have noise in the background like a TV, that you don't walk around or drive or do the dishes (unless the reading has gone way over and you are late picking up your kids, just let Debra know that you are going to have to start moving around while she talks if that's your only option besides ending the call). 

While you can be interactive and speak up during the reading, you will likely get more information out of the reading if you mostly listen.  Debra asks that you don't have anyone else in the room during the reading.  The reason for this is that it's so easy to pick up on their energy and this could cause interference.  Also, most first time clients don't realize the level of personal information that can come up.  Having someone else there, no matter how close to you, can greatly inhibit the reading.  While Debra may or may not know consciously someone else is listening it, unconsciously she will sense it and this will create dissonance.  Remember, you can take as many notes as you'd like and talk about or share what you got with whomever you like after the reading.  If you have small kids or babies and your only option is to have them in the room with you, this is not a problem.  Debra is one of the few people who doesn't mind a crying baby in the back ground! She is OK with taking a break too if you have to attend to a family member, as that might happen on her end too (she does her readings from home and is sometimes alone with her elderly mother in law who needs a lot of assistance). 

Skeptics: Remember, that the more open minded you are, the more the info will flow.  If you have an agenda that involves "testing the psychic" instead of getting quality information that will help you in your life, we prefer that you find another psychic to test. Of course you can't help being somewhat skeptical so don't worry about that, it's healthy. Usually what happens is information will come up pretty quickly in the reading to let you know that Debra is on track.

Refunds: We don't give refunds unless there is a highly unusual circumstance.  You are paying for your time with Debra.  This is our policy because Debra tells you how it is, not what you want to hear. It will become readily apparent that she is doing everything she can to get as much accurate, helpful and detailed information as possible, but she can not guarantee what information will come through, no psychic can, that's what makes it challenging to do this work. She can garuntee that she will do her very best job possible. Also keep in mind that a certain amount of information will not be confirmable until a future date. Often times information about your future will come up that you won't expect because in the moment you are not seeing this path for yourself or you can't imagine how what she is saying would happen.  So we ask you to not make judgements about future information until the future happens!  If for some reason you pay for your reading but decide you don't want one right away, you can always at a future date reschedule. You can also swap out credits, so if you pay for a reading but then decide you want to do the training or a workshop, your payment can be applied to the training instead. 

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

As noted above, we ask that you either call us at the time of the reading via phone, or we can set up a call via Skype.  If you don't have a computer, Debra can call you Skype to Skype or from our Skype to your phone, however, the call quality is not always terrific with Skype.  If you don't understand English well, you are more then welcome to provide your own interpreter.  If you don't have one, we can usually find one for you but you will have to pay extra for what ever that interpreters rate is.
