Dr. Debra Lynne Katz holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She is the founder and lead instructor of the International School of Clairvoyance, a pioneering institution dedicated to developing psychic and intuitive abilities.
A Multifaceted Career
Debra’s expertise spans numerous disciplines. She is a highly skilled remote viewer, clairvoyant, medium, energy healer, and parapsychological researcher. As the President of the International Remote Viewing Association (IRVA), her leadership underscores her commitment to advancing the field.
Her professional journey includes serving as a Federal Probation Officer, Legal Victims Advocate, and Director of a program supporting developmentally disabled adults.
Media and Creative Ventures
An aspiring filmmaker, Debra is a graduate of the Zaki Gordon Institute for Independent Filmmaking. She is also a current guest host on the New Thinking Allowed YouTube channel and co-host of the podcast PsiChicks. Previously, she produced and hosted Psychic Explorer, a program that aired on Sedona, Arizona television channels in the early 2000s.
Teaching and Advocacy
Debra is deeply committed to helping individuals unlock their intuitive potential. She believes everyone possesses latent abilities that can be nurtured and developed. Through her teachings at the International School of Clairvoyance, she has guided countless individuals on paths of self-discovery.
In 2025, Debra will be leading a research-oriented remote viewing course at the California Institute for Human Sciences (CIHS) and conducting a year-long series of workshops through IRVA.
