These remote viewing targets contain an activity and a type of movement. This could involve a human, animal, machine, or object doing an activity or movement. These targets are designed for you to stand up, connect with the target (you can imagine you are dropping the target into your body) and become the target. Then observe and experience only what your body is doing. Let you body take over. Can it show you a pantomime of sorts of the target? can it move like the target (or subject/object that is moving)? Can you let it without trying to control it or define it? While you may also note visuals or words or sounds, the main point is to see what your body can express when allowed to do so. This is a psychic ability that is often ignored, but so important when it comes to searching for things, being in the right time/place, and allowing its wisdom to superceed your logic and conscious awareness.
It is suggested that you write down the target number but then set your paper aside. Don't write during the exercise. Take only 5 or 6 minutes max for this and then when you are done write down what you noticed about how you moved. What body parts were involved? How did you feel? (and anything else you noticed like visuals/sounds/words). Then also try to sketch the movement and yourself in movement.
